Technical remote support
Some technical questions can be best resolved directly on your screen – without the need for another on-site appointment. For this, I use the privacy-friendly remote support tool RustDesk.
The connection is made through a specially configured server in the Hetzner data center in Germany, which is technically managed by me.
No data is transferred or stored with third parties. You retain full control at all times – and can terminate the connection at any time.

Remote support is only available for customers with whom a personal on-site appointment has already taken place..
So I can support in a targeted and responsible manner.

(Don't worry: I will help you with the setup – either by phone or in person on-site.) - As soon as the application is started, please provide me with your ID and the one-time password..
- I support you live on your device – you can see every step and can end the session at any time.
